Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in connecting with prospective clients, nurturing leads, and guiding educators through the decision-making process to implement SimServeRx solutions in their programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads via phone, email, and CRM tools.
- Conduct virtual product presentations and demos for potential customers.
- Follow up with inbound leads and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact through close.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (ConnectWise).
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts with current campaigns.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and sales processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B or educational/medical technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with CRMs and remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education, healthcare, or technology is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience selling to educational institutions, especially nursing or allied health programs.
- Background or knowledge in healthcare, ed-tech, or medical simulation.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000/year (commensurate with experience)
- Commission: OTE $75,000 – $90,000/year (uncapped)
