We are looking for a strong person to manage the EQS (Environmental Quality Safety) UK (United Kingdom) Service department. You will be managing a department of country HSE (Health Safety Environment) officers within the region. You will be a central person for all QM (Quality Management) &HSE related matters across UK and Ireland customers. Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to: Implementation of global standards, structured implementation of standards and process improvements, consistent follow-up Ensure capability and capacity building, expert support, and system support across the region Ensure structured implementation of the HSE requirements, global standards, tools and within the PM (Project Management) at SGRE (Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy) process Ensure execution of a standard planning and staffing process for all EQS personnel Planning and governance of the contractors first service evaluation and execution Define, assure, and monitor on implementation and performance of the contract execution requirements Perform independent Investigation for severe incidents in and governs QM&HSE improvement portfolio for contract execution Effectively lead a team of managers and specialists to achieve company and department goals Executes EQS mission and strategy, and ensures implementation of related EQS policies, guidelines, country requirements and projects for all assigned areas. This by fulfilling legal HSE requirements contract obligation and industry standards and adopting an industry leading approach to effectively manage current and future HSE risk Acts as EQS consultant for own organization including providing transparency of EQS performance and Implements global standards relating to the Integrated Management System What you need to make a difference A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
