For our Offshore Construction Product & Specialists Site logistics department we are looking for a Project Order Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Project Order Manager, you play a vital role in the execution of our offshore wind farm projects. You work as an integrated member of each project’s Construction Management team – while referring into the line organization of the Site Logistics team. You will have a broad interface to internal stakeholders. Your main responsibilities and deliverables will include: Managing the definition and delivery of the consumables, spares and tools package for the Wind turbine Projects = one point of contact from Project towards supplier Execute the ordering and delivery of any NC related materials Managing the return from site for all tools, consumables and spare parts to ensure efficient utilization of all parts Managing full transparency on scope, including all risks Identifying risks and opportunities within the scope What you need to make a difference Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for: A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you have an analytical mindset and can combine commercial understanding with IT development. Knowledge within renewable energy business and OF project execution preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are fundamental for the role – including excellent English skills both verbal and in writing and you possess profound skills in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems. You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute to the organization, as well as you are good at managing different stakeholders - You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within the project.
