Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and managing the front office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Main location is Cottonwood, travel may be required to Flagstaff from time to time.
- Must have their own dependable transportation.
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records and files.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for patients and doctor.
- Handle clerical duties such as organizing office supplies, records and forms.
- Collect copays and schedule patient follow up appointments.
- Ensure the office is clean and presentable at all times.
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required; other job duties as assigned.
- Collection of UDS samples, labeling and processing is required.
- Communication skills required; must keep in contact with the main office in Kingman and Office Manager in Kingman.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry (Microsoft Office) and calendar management is essential.
- Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on organization, customer service and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
