A Houston company is looking for a Help Desk Technician - Remote Night Shift for long term contract.
REMOTE NIGHT SHIFT -- Will work 4-3 ten hour rotating shift.
HOUSTON AREA RESIDENTS ONLY
Required Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years IT Helpdesk or Desktop related experience required.
- Monitor ticketing systems and respond to incoming user issues
- Providing 1st & 2nd level support ie; hardware / software, connectivity issues
- Good understanding of Windows, O365 and Active Directory
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding pc users as needed and adding new users and accounts through Active Directory
- Assist in providing quality customer service and assistance to approximately 5000 users
- Password resets in windows and bespoke applications
- Diagnostic gathering on issues and assigning to other teams, includes remoting on to their computers to gather information.
- Issues connecting to the company's network internally and remotely.
- Citrix access and profile resets
- Outlook issues
- Assistance setting up MFA in O365 including resetting MFA and assisting with bitlocker resets.
- Blocked website access requests.
- iPhone setups, troubleshooting why they may not be receiving emails as well as adding devices to Intune
- Must live in the Houston area.
