This is for an open cases analyst position Hours: M-F; 8:30am to 5:30pm eastern time- No OT Fully remote position. CompuCom will provide laptop Must have ticketing system knowledge.
They will be looking at open cases throughout the day and try to push them towards resolution by reaching out to techs, managers and logistics teams.
Responsibilities: Reviewing open cases and pushing them towards resolution by contacting technicians, logistics or field managers for updates.
