This position reports to
Production Supervisor
Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of molding operations, i.e., work instructions, standard operating procedures, and revision control
Ensures quality operation of the process, performs quality checks and controls, including adher-ence to cleaning and maintenance
Must maintain pre-determined efficiency, standards, and productivity rates
Prepares and maintains accurate production records and follows standard operating proce-dures
Communicates respectfully with all team members
Ensures shift change is completed, and forms are filled out with accurate and appropriate in-formation
Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs

- Prior manufacturing experience not required
- Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions
