What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Cannabis Trimmer position at ABC?
We're looking for positive and hard-working people to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for those who are experienced working with cannabis.
Positions: Cannabis Trimmer - $90 per pound
Full Time (Monday - Friday) (8/830am start-430/530pm end)
Positional also includes occasional hourly work harvesting, pruning, packaging. ($17-$18hr)
Requirements:
- Trimming 454 grams minimum in a shift (*_This is a must!_*)
- Maintain a professional image and follow protocols.
- Ability to adapt trim style to meet specifications every strain is slightly different.
- Experience with dry trimming cannabis for an 8-9 hour shift.
- Willingness to follow instructions, directions, and regulations with a positive attitude.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and adjust accordingly.
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Help to clean up facilities.
- Able to sit/stand 8 hours a day.
- At least 21 years old.
- OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required
