Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree
Bonus Points if:
- Work experience (or student athlete) AND student leadership responsibilities
- You can demonstrate experience with multiple programming languages, modern frameworks, architectures, databases, and cloud platforms
- You’ve got a Master's or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Service
- You have experience with Java Application Servers such as Red Hat JBoss
- You have experience with data modeling and ORM tools (e.g. Hibernate)
- You’ve got architecture design experience using common design patterns
- You have experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) components in solutions
- You’ve got experience working in a DevSecOps environment, using tools such as Jenkins and Ansible in CI/CD pipelines
Compensation for our Development Programs varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, development program, role and skill set. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

- California: $59,900 - $94,700
- Colorado: $59,900 - $81,800
- New York City: $69,300 - $94,700
- Washington: $63,900 - $87,100
