Office Assistant
Join a leading manufacturer in the Antigo Area. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized and an independent and dependable individual to handle the day-to-day duties.
We are looking for a full time office assistant to quote our company's equipment to customers and to help answer phones, call on past due invoices, and help with other office duties as needed.
Position Description:
*Answer telephones and greet customers
*Accounts Payable and Receivables – including the posting of invoices
*Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files, and record keeping
*Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
*Must work well in a team environment
*Experienced in using computers and computer systems to enter data and process information
*Some quickbooks, office and collections experience is preferred but not required
*Must be outgoing and friendly with a good phone etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
