Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming manner.
- Manage schedules and calendars for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Plan and organize company projects, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, utilizing phone etiquette to address inquiries or direct calls appropriately.
- Support team management by assisting with personnel-related tasks as needed.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong skills in schedule management and calendar coordination.
- Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices.
- Proficient in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage files systematically, both electronically and physically.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
