Red Oak Recovery (Asheville, NC) is seeking an IT Operations Manager who is customer service centered and team oriented. This role will provide helpdesk and IT operations support for Red Oak Recovery and its programs. Red Oak Recovery is a team of committed professionals that uses evidence-based practices, combined with adventure therapy, to produce long-term, sustainable recovery. Our men’s program is a clinician-run treatment program located in the pristine Blue Ridge Mountains, just north of Asheville N.C. Our women’s program, The Willows at Red Oak Recovery, is located just south of Asheville on a beautiful and serene rolling landscape. Our adolescent treatment program is on a sprawling 94-acre horse farm in Ellenboro, North Carolina. We provide an enriching and experiential program that helps people improve their lives. Using a holistic approach, our team supports clients on their path to self-love, self-acceptance, and self-awareness.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operational IT Leadership – Participate with in-patient facility leadership team through daily flash meetings or other cadence of brand leader’s preference. Understand operational technologies needs and employee technology pain points. Understand Bradford Health IT policies, technology standards, and security and compliance requirements. Translate experience and understanding into highly efficient IT support for in-patient operations. Deliver high-level customer service.
- Computing/Endpoint Support – Be able to understand company and technology process and procedure regarding employee onboarding and computing endpoints. Ensure in-patient facility endpoints meet all standards in security and supportability. Provide 2nd level support for company endpoints as escalated from IT Help Desk team.
- Technology Support – Be able to configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, switches, and wireless access points. Utilize expertise in Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc. Troubleshoot wired and wireless networking issues. Administer servers including domain controllers, file servers, and application servers.
- Management – Supervise and lead a technical team, providing guidance and support when required.
- Team Participation –Participate in monthly on-call rotation for remote IT duties for all Bradford Health locations and work within a virtual team.
- Vendor Management – Manage vendor relationships and support escalation procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Information Technology
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, local/group policy, Anti-virus software, remote administration tools, mobile device management platforms, computing asset management, Zoom teleconference and phones and Office suite applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred; experience preferred
- Familiarity with the following: Microsoft Systems and Support, Cisco and Ubiquiti Networking, Lansweeper Help Desk Asset Management, Miradore MDM, Sophos and CheckPoint Endpoint Security Clients, HP and Dell Computing Assets, Windows 10 or greater
