Responsibilities:
- Configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, switches, and wireless access points.
- Offer primary helpdesk and desktop support.
- Utilize expertise in Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc.
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless networking issues.
- Administer servers including domain controllers, file servers, and application servers.
- Supervise and lead a technical team, providing guidance and support.
- Participate in monthly on-call rotation for remote IT duties.
- Manage vendor relationships and support escalation procedures.
- Follow standard IT operating procedures to ensure system sustainability.
- Deliver high-level customer service
Qualifications:
- 1-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in hardware configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and networking.
- Experience with server administration is preferred.
