We are seeking a Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for techinical support for both residential and commerical water softeners, controlling a large inventory of related water treatment products, shipping managment and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have experience in the water treatment industry, a strong understanding of water treatment systems (Fleck and Clack), and the ability to make quick decisions in order to ensure successful inventory, shipping and technical support management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain healthy inventory levels to supply both retail and wholesale divisions.
- Manage orders and oversee shop production.
- Provide technical support and maintain dealer relations.
- Set up, program and test water treatment equipment.
- Keep detailed shipping records for daily shipping processes.
- Analyze water samples for pollutants and other contaminants.
- Ablility to lift roughly ~50 lbs.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Position requires low to moderate physical labor. Most of the work can be delegated.
