Project Coordinator - Global Enablement Operations & Logistics

The Team:
The Global Logistics Operation team ensures Sales and Sales Leaders are equipped with the
knowledge, skills, content, and tools to maximize productivity and customer success. We
solve business challenges with high impact, outcome-based enablement programs to serve
our 10,000 sellers world-wide. The Operations & Delivery Logistics team is a strategic
partner responsible for orchestrating key stakeholders and driving the operational rhythm
to ensure customer success and execution of sales enablement programs.
The Global Logistics Operations team is expanding to include an experienced Project
Coordinator to support the team in audience identification, scheduling, logistics, and
tracking the completion, attendance and performance of global enablement sessions. As a
Project Coordinator, you will work with Enablement leaders and cross functional teams to
deploy skills, product, industry, and coaching programs globally. You will work directly with
the delivery team, internal and vendor facilitators, enablement business partners, and sales
leader coaches to ensure program deliverables are met according to established scope,
timelines, priorities, and budget. You are an ideal candidate if you have a solid track record
of successfully managing the logistics and scheduling of global programs, are organized,
have strong communication skills, excel in project management, and have experience
providing logistics support for virtual events using Zoom technology (including breakout
rooms).
Primary Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and schedule training sessions, workshops and events, prep
speakers, and provide day-of event support.
Create session records, and perform data entry into internal systems and tools.
Manage and monitor virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring participants
have access to all required tools and resources.
Track and monitor enrollment, create attendee rosters, send reminder
communications, pre-course work, calendar invitations, surveys, post-course
communication, etc. per course requirements.
Book conference rooms, coordinate catering, and coordinate delivery of training
supplies.
Manage Slack channel communications.
Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistency and quality across
the entire portfolio of Sales Enablement programs.
Manage course evaluations and report program performance.
Run polls, breakout sessions and other tech experiences.
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors as necessary for the
flawless execution of program deliverables.
Employee is expected to be available to work in the office 2-4 days a week based on
job role/function to organize in person training.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven working experience in project management, event management, or project
coordination.
2-3 years of related experience.
Outstanding attention to detail, highly organized, and excels in working
independently and with a team.
Ability to assess priorities, manage multiple deadlines, and perform effectively in a
fast-paced environment with little supervision.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills - confident communicator.
Ability to work under pressure.
Responds well to feedback.
Preferred
Experience managing, coordinating, or executing program sessions
In-person and virtual coordination experience
