What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Receptionist position at Advanced Electrical Contractors, Inc?
Advanced Electrical Contractors, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced office assistant that is able to work with quickbooks and other office related programs. Your daily duties will be answering phone calls, creating work orders daily, create invoices, upload work orders to customer portals, file for permits as needed and organize files. The position hours will be from =12:00pm-4:00pm but could be flexible.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office/Quickbooks: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
