Office Manager/Book Keeper

Advanced Robotics and Controls, LLC is a DuBois, PA-based company that specializes in integrating the latest technology to provide custom automation solutions for a wide variety of industries. We provide turnkey solutions to help solve labor shortages, increase efficiency and productivity, and improve the quality of manufacturing processes for our customers. We are currently looking for a part time Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be willing to take on a variety of new challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office operations including: answering phone, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings.
  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, and collections.
  • Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing and processing payments.
  • Prepare reports on company operations, including but not limited to: job profitability, cash flow, labor costs, etc.
  • Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best pricing.
  • Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.
  • Order material for projects and ensure timely delivery to maintain project deadlines.
  • Maintain office supplies, including: paper, envelopes, pens, etc.
  • Maintain the building’s appearance and organize the office area.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed or assigned by management.
  • Part time to turn into full time in the future.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
  • Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
