Advanced TelePsych is a dynamic and rapidly growing behavioral health organization focused on delivering exceptional care through its three integrated entities: ATP, Northeast Neuropsychology (NEN), and James Levine & Associates (JLA), a school-based services program.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinical Operations Manager to join our team and lead operational initiatives that drive efficiency, enhance provider satisfaction, and ensure synergy across our entities.
This pivotal role will require a strategic and hands-on leader who excels in operational oversight, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement to reduce bottlenecks and improve outcomes across our organizations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supply and Demand Planning/Workforce Optimization: Monitor and forecast clinical capacity to ensure timely patient access and reduce bottlenecks, analyze workforce needs to align clinical resources with demand across entities, and develop and implement staffing plans that optimize scheduling and provider utilization.
- 3rd Party Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards, oversee relationships with external vendors, including EHR providers, billing services, and other operational support systems, and negotiate contracts and manage vendor-related budgets to drive cost efficiency.
- Cross-Entity Synergy: Implement standardized processes and workflows to reduce redundancies and improve communication, facilitate operational alignment among ATP, NEN, and JLA to enhance collaboration and efficiency, and monitor and address operational challenges that impact multiple entities.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with clinical and non-clinical leadership to identify and address operational pain points, lead initiatives to improve provider satisfaction and patient outcomes, and develop and present operational reports to executive leadership, highlighting key metrics and improvement plans.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in behavioral health.
