Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our executives and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Discretion with confidential information is essential
- Additional certification as an administrative assistant or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.55 - $34.23 per hour
