FACILITIES COORDINATOR
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Daily rounds of property
- Grounds keeping (i.e., snow removal, irrigation, lawn maintenance)
- Indoor maintenance
- Occasional nights / weekends
SKILLS:
- Electronics (i.e., computers, TV's, stereos, etc.)
- Organizational skills
- Have knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain a/c systems, heating systems, plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment
