Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant manages various functions to help the Executive Leadership Team achieve long-term success. They work in an office setting and perform duties that deal with the following, but are not limited to assisting with scheduling, organization and administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant is able to work well in a team environment, under pressure with excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consult with Executive Leadership Team to identify company needs
- Coordinate, plan and manage scheduling of meetings, flights, and company travel plans
- Manage scheduling for Executive Leadership Team members
- Maintain updated with company events and leadership needs
- Implement and maintain email prioritization and communication
- Develop and execute organizational structure for Leadership Team
- Create, send and maintain meeting records and notes
- Serve as a liaison between AESG Leadership Team members
- Assist Executive Leadership Team with administrative duties as necessary
- Prepare and organize important legal and strategic materials and plans
- Expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information with the upmost professionalism and discretion

Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least three to five years of experience in supporting executive leadership are preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboard. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and fingers. The Executive Assistant is required to have close visual proximity to a computer to perform daily duties. Lifting and/or moving up to 15 pounds at a time.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
