What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Aerotek?
Description:
Candidate will be using assembly sheets to assemble different light fixtures to the instructions. Having finger dexterity will be important because some of the parts are smaller and having the ability to run wire through the light fixtures will be needed. Having a critical thinking mindset is important to understand why things are assembled a certain way. This will be primarily bench assembly and their will be cross training in packaging and in manufacturing.
Having the ability to use hand tools will be needed to be successful. Some of the hand tools are screw drivers, tape measurer, crimpers to name a few.
The client offer great benefits and has a very diverse work force which the client is proud of. They are looking to continue this type of growth as they are expecting a large amount of growth over the next 12 months.
