We are looking for a results-driven Front desk to join our dynamic Med Spa team. The Front desk receptionist will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our spa services and products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage all aspects of the Med Spa's daily operations (check in and check out clients).
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
· Proactively seek and engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
· Educate clients on the benefits and features of our spa services and products.
· Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
· Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize sales opportunities.
· Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
· Stay up to date on the latest beauty and wellness trends to effectively communicate the spa's offerings.
· Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
· Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales transactions.
· Monitor and maintain inventory levels of products and supplies, placing orders as needed.
· Schedule appointments for clients with estheticians, doctors, and registered nurses using our booking software.
· Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist clients with esthetic and medical treatments inquiries.
· Confirm appointments and send out reminders to clients.
· Coordinate the scheduling of estheticians, doctors, and registered nurses to optimize availability.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs and concerns with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of spa treatments, skincare, and beauty products (preferred).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in using sales software and MS Office suite.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (preferred).
We are pleased to offer a competitive starting salary, and after a successful 3-month review period, there is the potential opportunity for a pay increase.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
