Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be in Central Time (CST).
Pay: $28-$33/hour W2
Here is what you will be doing:
- Training will be provided for this opportunity.
- Investigate and troubleshoot software issues using various tools and techniques, including log file analysis.
- Research and document solutions to recurring problems.
- Ticketing and phone support: provide timely and effective software support.
- Utilize Salesforce as the primary ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution.

- Experience with log file analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in the financial industry.
- Salesforce experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
