Information Technology Support Analyst

Our client is a leader in Financial Services, and they are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Analyst to join their team.

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be in Central Time (CST).

Pay: $28-$33/hour W2

Here is what you will be doing:

• Training will be provided for this opportunity.
• Investigate and troubleshoot software issues using various tools and techniques, including log file analysis.
• Research and document solutions to recurring problems.
• Ticketing and phone support: provide timely and effective software support.
• Utilize Salesforce as the primary ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution.

• Experience with log file analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in the financial industry.
• Salesforce experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
