What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Advocate Scheduling Specialist (Part-time) position at Airrosti?
Patient Advocate Scheduling Specialists have the unique privilege of being the voice of Airrosti. This team answers all incoming patient calls nationwide. Located at the Airrosti Headquarters, our Patient Advocate Team members provide exceptional customer service in a supportive team environment. This includes:
- Educating and guiding potential patients about the Airrosti experience by phone
- Scheduling new and existing patients for all Airrosti locations
- Replying to patient inquiries and scheduling requests

Requirements:
- Passionate about helping people
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to embrace change & maintain a positive attitude
- Work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as in an independent setting
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Mandatory 2-3 week training period
- Must be able to work 4-5 hour shifts and the following schedules.
- Monday-Friday from 9:00am-2:00pm or 11:00am-4:00pm
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
