Key Responsibilities
- Achieve financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate effectively with the Licensing team and other stakeholders including Sales, Legal, and Customer Service.
- Provide regular performance updates to team leads and maintain customer management systems.
- Establish and maintain a sustainable work cadence and constantly refine performance metrics.
- Deliver respectful, knowledgeable, and insightful engagement with customers, enhancing the value of our services.
- Proven experience (1-5 years) in Licensing and Software (EMEA & Americas).
- Strong business-to-business interaction skills with confidence and gravitas.
- Customer success/ Customer facing experience
- Legal/ compliance
- Excellent communication abilities, proactive and results-oriented approach.
Experience within software licensing, particularly in an environment dealing with partner/reseller indirect sales.
