Our company is seeking the right candidate with experience in construction Office work to provide direct support to our government division. Full-time position.
Must able to work under pressure in our fast-paced work environment.
Strong general construction knowledge and experience in Goverment Contracts is a plus.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, PDF Adobe and Excel.
Knowledge in Foundation Software is a plus.
Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
Must be a fast learner.
Must have great communication skills written and oral.
Must be friendly and polite to our clients and co-workers.
Must be reliable and time-efficient.
Must have reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must be willing to drive. We will provide a vehicle to run errands when needed. (Good Driving record required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM for a full-time position. Located in the City of Compton.
The position starts at $22.00/hr. and will also be based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the construction team, including managing schedules and organizing documents.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and project details using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Assist in bookkeeping and payroll tasks, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Organize events and meetings, coordinating logistics and materials as needed.
- Support office management functions, including filing and calendar management.
