Dental Facilities Maintenance

We are excited to announce the opening of a Facilities Maintenace position with our team

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the execution of facility projects such as system installations, expansions, or upgrades, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and budget constraints.
• Develop, review, and optimize the facilities strategy, including infrastructure systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, air compressors, dental equipment, general building maintenance and other needs as assigned.
• Manage contractors and vendors, including evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to ensure project milestones are met and SHE/OSHA standards are followed.
• Maintain and manage the facilities budget, including both capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx), with a focus on cost control, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.

You Bring

• 2 years of experience in facility management in a regulated environment.
• Experience with managing budgets.
• Effective oral and written communication skills to provide information to others by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Expertise in the use of MS Office, Word and Excel
• Experience working with dental/healthcare facilities a plus!
