Position Overview: As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for our team. This is a fantastic entry-level marketing position that provides hands-on training and career development opportunities within our marketing and customer service departments.
What You Will Do:
- Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers, discuss upcoming or current home improvement projects, and generate leads. (No cold calling required!)
- Customer Interaction: Professionally engage with customers, address inquiries, and provide product information.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for consultations.
- Problem Resolution: Listen carefully to customer concerns, offer effective solutions, and ensure their needs are met.
- Data Entry: Log customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve your skills and meet performance goals.
What You Need:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- A customer-centric mindset and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
