Job Description
We are a high profile coffee company seeking a well-organized, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Customer Support Specialist. This position includes maintaining customer communication, order processing via phone, online and e-mail, resolving product and service questions, mailing, and accounts receivable assistance.
We have a small office located in downtown Edmonds and offer many perks including a stocked coffee bar. We are looking for someone for a temporary full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask (enter notes into the system while carrying on a customer or vendor conversation)
- College degree is a plus
Duties:
- Managing customer and vendor accounts including order processing, billing, and detailed records
- Create new customer accounts and resolve customer issues
- Be the first in line for client inquiries over the phone and have excellent judgement on when and who to refer clients to for more information.
- Communicate quickly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Accounts receivables including sending statements, invoice copies, and inquiring on payment status for past due invoices while keeping thorough notes of contact
