JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for creating, planning and coordinating the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, which includes branding identity, strategic message development, advertising, and public relations. Reviews and analyzes campaign performance, coordinates and attends events, and collaborating with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals; key support role in the marketing department to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Advertising or Journalism; minimum of five (5) years equivalent work experience in the field of marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in journalism and financial industry preferred.
Experience/Skills
- Proficiency with desktop word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database and desktop publishing programs preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and associated design applications.
- Project management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Established experience in graphic and writing skills for newsletters, direct mail and direct marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems preferred.
