We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Assistant Event Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly. Your role will involve organizing logistics, coordinating vendors, managing schedules, and assisting the Event Coordinator in all stages of event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage event timelines, deadlines, and overall project coordination.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and event staff to ensure all event details are accurate and complete.
- Assist with venue selection, booking, and preparing event spaces.
- Help coordinate transportation, catering, audiovisual, and other logistical needs.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and guest lists.
- Provide on-site event support, including overseeing event setup, monitoring event progress, and ensuring smooth operations during the event.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the event, providing solutions as needed.
- Manage post-event follow-up, including client feedback, invoices, and event wrap-up tasks.
- Assist in budgeting and ensuring events stay within financial guidelines.
Qualifications
