What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education Startup Marketing position at AlphaJump (teacher-created curricula)?
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for someone familiar with grades 6-12 education. We have hundreds of leads, but we need someone to make personal contact with the person at a school or district who makes curriculum purchase decisions.
Compensation
We offer a very generous percentage for every meeting you set up for us. You don’t need to close! If you get us through the gatekeeper, we will do the rest! You still get your sales cut.
If you continue with us in subsequent school years, we will continue to pay you the percentage of that sale as districts renew their licenses.
Hoping for someone to do some legwork for us and open some doors. Approximately 10-20 hrs per week.

We provide resources, activities, and professional development for schools across Ohio and the US. Our programs aim to empower students with essential life skills and entrepreneurial knowledge through cutting-edge and interactive video-based courses.
Qualifications
- Education and Teaching experience preferred
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to track contact info using an easy online platform
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of 6-12 education systems and curriculum development
- Bachelor's degree preferred
