Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to manage time effectively, and a welcoming demeanor. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, typing, and data entry to keep records organized for our PHC and CLASS Program/services.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant to management when required.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other computer applications.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
