Key job responsibilities
- Drive the complete product lifecycle from concept ideation through successful market launch
- Develop compelling business cases and annual roadmaps based on market analysis and customer insights
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Strategy teams to ensure successful product commercialization
- Manage existing product portfolio performance while identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery
A day in the life
Your day might begin with analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance various products through different development stages - from ingredient sourcing to packaging design. You'll participate in product tasting sessions, review production specifications, and work with suppliers to ensure quality standards. Regular meetings with stakeholders will keep projects on track, while you simultaneously monitor the performance of existing products and adjust strategies accordingly.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of product management experience
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines
- Experience managing technical products or online services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Experience developing operational processes and technologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
