As the Community Lender you will be responsible for conducting business development / prospecting call, underwriting loan applications, screen loan requests, present proposals for review to the loan committee, negotiate loan transactions and close loans, etc.
THE SKILLS SET NEEDED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant filed such as financial management, small business management, business administration or economics required.
- Must have at least 2 years of business lending experience.
- Strong credit skills and some lending authority experience required.
- Understanding of basic principles of accounting, finance and financial analysis preferred.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish).
