Overview
We are looking for a call center representative with a positive attitude who enjoys helping people. The ideal candidate should smart and empathetic with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The position is for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) at a small, family-owned company that’s been in business for over 35 years. You’ll be working with a diverse staff in a supportive atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and text
- Assist callers with inquiries and issue resolution
- Take messages for a wide range of businesses and medical practices
- Transcribe voice messages
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or client services is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable typing and working at a computer all day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
