We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Menahga, MN. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in organizing daily operations and completing tasks efficiently as a key member of the management support team.
Responsibilities:
* HR Related Tasks: Review timecards, labor reports, update attendance tracking, employee recognition & new hire onboarding.
* EHS Related Tasks: Safety inspections, accident/near miss tracking, emission monitoring, safety meetings, SDS management & workers comp.
* Quality/Warranty Related Tasks: Work order management & quality tracker management.
* General Office Related Tasks: Answering phone, petty cash management, office supplies inventory, shipping/logistics tracking & cost savings analysis.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
* Strong understanding and respect for Customer Service, upstream and downstream relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* ERP System Administration experience
