As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office management
- Utilize computer systems to manage bookings and guest information
Skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite
- Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is beneficial
- Strong communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with a diverse clientele
- Competency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of phone systems and clerical procedures
