Policy Development : Analyze and revise HR policies to ensure they align with business needs and comply with legal requirements.
Employee Relations : Foster strong relationships between employees and management, addressing any issues that arise.
Talent Management : Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the right talent is brought into the organization.
Performance Management : Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees meet business objectives.
Training and Development : Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Metrics : Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Compliance : Ensure all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Additional Duties
Organizing and leading meetings with HR and executive team members.
Staying updated on HR trends and best practices.
Brief HR recruiters about staffing needs and provide feedback on hiring processes.
May travel a couple times a year within the US as needed.
Who we are looking for
Proficient in Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to establish Deadlines and Monitor the Progress of the Project.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
Sound Presentation skills - Ability to design and deliver presentation to groups in person and over video.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
SHRM certification is preferred but not required.
7 years of progressive experience in HR.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
HR and HRIS Experience preferred.
Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
