Job description:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
- Policy Development: Analyze and revise HR policies to ensure they align with business needs and comply with legal requirements.
- Employee Relations: Foster strong relationships between employees and management, addressing any issues that arise.
- Talent Management: Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the right talent is brought into the organization.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees meet business objectives.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- HR Metrics: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Additional Duties
- Organizing and leading meetings with HR and executive team members.
- Staying updated on HR trends and best practices.
- Brief HR recruiters about staffing needs and provide feedback on hiring processes.
- May travel a couple times a year within the US as needed.
- Proficient in Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to establish Deadlines and Monitor the Progress of the Project.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM certification is preferred but not required.
- 7 years of progressive experience in HR.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- HR and HRIS Experience preferred.
