We are a 5 star Trane Comfort Specialist Dealer with a plumbing division that is locally owned and operated. We are an established company (Trust Dale certified, A rating with BBB, etc.) seeking a top producing comfort advisor to grow the residential sales for both plumbing and HVAC. A great candidate will handle service generated leads & call-in sales leads in the Metro Atlanta area. The primary responsibilities for this role will be managing company generated sales leads for both, existing customer sales leads as well as prospecting and closing new clients. Commission based pay & compensation increases with performance. Great income potential with the ability to sell both HVAC & Plumbing replacements together.

Compensation: Commission/Base

Sales Plan:

- Paid training

- Percentage based commissions for sales (9, 10 & 11% commission depending on tier of equipment with additional 1% bonus for leased system sales)

- 9% commission on all plumbing sales

- Quarterly sales plan bonuses

- Year-end sales plan bonuses

- Annual stretch goal bonuses

- Commissions paid WEEKLY for previous week installations

- Manufactures salesman spiffs

- Utilities salesman spiffs

- $600 weekly draw minimum

Job requirements include:

- Clean background & MVR

- Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience and a minimum of 3 year sales experience

- Able to identify installation problems & recommend solutions

- Comfortable with prospecting and networking

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

- Highly motivated to work as team member for an HVAC industry leader

- Experienced selling with a commission based income

- Able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Smart phone, etc..
