This position is responsible for working proactively with the Field Marketing Managers assigned to one or more local real estate companies and leveraging their collective talent for the improvement of the companies in the assigned territory. Incumbent is passionate about strategically supporting the growth of companies through talent selection, skills development, competitive awareness and focus on driving strategies that support the agent value proposition. Incumbent works with company presidents and supports initiatives including high value agent recruiting, retention and acquisition opportunities. Incumbent represents their group of companies within national marketing initiatives and ensures that local Field Marketing staff are actively engaged in the support of their companies.

Responsibilities:
- Own the development, execution, and results of the local marketing plan, including advertising, strategy, and implementation, and communicate the progress regularly.
- Align with cross functional leaders across events, awards, legal and finance to support marketing operations.
- Maintain a significant presence in the market by interacting with local senior leaders and partnering with them on marketing budgets.
- Work proactively in the field to assist agents/employees with marketing, by leveraging marketing managers and specialists.
- Develop relationship with agents to support their marketing and business goals, focusing on the company’s products and programs
- Conduct research and analysis on competing brokerages, finding opportunities, and working with leaders to connect competitive advantages with actionable decisions
- Exercise tact, discretion, and judgment when interacting with all levels of internal and external customers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Real estate brokerage or agency experience
- Persuasive communication skills and strong listening skills
- Polished public speaking ability
Candidates for the position must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, operations or a related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of multi-channel marketing experience in a medium/large professional services company with 4 years of team lead experience at management/Director level
- Experience in social media, online and traditional advertising
- Consistent track record of working well in a minimally supervised, fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel as required to branch offices, regional meetings and occasional out of town events as required

Compensation Range:
$130,000 - $150,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
