Family-owned wholesaler is looking to hire an Office Manager to join their team!
Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Moreno Valley, CA 92553 (Onsite)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour

Duties:
Receive and processing customer orders
Coordinate shipments between warehouse, carriers, and customers
Assist with questions related to pricing, inventory, etc.
Keep customers updated on shipment tracking
Accounts payables and receivables
General administrative duties such as data entry, reporting, etc.
Additional duties as needed; this is a small office team that wears multiple hats
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a similar position within the wholesale or distribution industry
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
QuickBooks and NetSuite software experience is a plus
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with high energy
Bachelor's degree in business management is a plus
