We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate who has experience in administration, operations, events or hospitality roles and who is eager to apply their skills in an office environment. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, welcoming guests, coordinating events, and maintaining a well-organized workspace. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy. No prior work experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
\n- Manage and maintain office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and productive workspace
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to plan, organize, and execute office events (both on and offsite), including logistics, catering, and decorations
- Order and manage office supplies, snacks, and beverages, ensuring an adequate inventory at all times
- Liaising with the building management and other vendors as needed for facility related issues
- Assist Executives with expense reports
- Take ownership of resolving minor technical issues, liaising with the onsite IT Admin as needed
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance when required (Printer, Water machine, Refrigerator)
- Support the administrative needs of various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, organizing team activities
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency and productivity
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a welcoming and inclusive office culture

- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in a relevant field
- Background in being accountable for individual work on a larger team or group
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

The base pay range for this role is listed above. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
