Part-Time Leasing Specialist - Ridgeview Highlands

**This is a part-time position.**

Our Leasing Specialists are tasked with providing a range of social, administrative, and leasing orientated tasks to achieve occupancy and resident retention goals.  The Leasing Specialist will achieve these goals by leasing apartments and townhomes to new residents, building a sense of community through coordinating and hosting on-site resident & prospective resident events, providing stellar customer service to our existing residents to ensure renewal, and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the duration of the lease
