We are looking for Sales Executives that understand Small Businesses in the Virginia, Maryland and DC markets. As an Arena Sales Executive, the candidate must have a proven track record in B2B sales and understand financial products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Create sales proposals for new and existing clients
- Provide feedback and improve upon marketing strategies and collateral
- Meet with new stakeholders and maintain relationships with current clients
- Maintain positive market growth
- Meet company sales targets by targetting ideal clients
Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally as a prior business banker
- Experience in selling financial products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Great analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Maintains a positive attitude and contributes to company culture

Pay: $234,000.00 - $367,000.00 per year
