Responsibilities:
- Day to day scheduling and dispatching of local crews.
- Scheduling and planning routes for interstate drivers (Freight and Household goods).
- Keep up with a constantly changing workflow between three locations, drivers, warehouse and another dispatcher.
- Working with Drivers and Crew
- Maximize production by minimizing downtime.
- Train drivers and crews and maintain productivity.
- Maintain DOT compliance requirements.
- Data entry and finalizing all paperwork.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in data entry and typing
- Knowledge of transportation management systems and supply chain processes
- Ability to work with multi-line phone systems and handle shipping & receiving tasks efficiently

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
