We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager / Director to oversee all aspects of HR operations, payroll, and workplace safety. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping company culture, driving strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
✅ Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention efforts to build a strong, high-performing team.
✅ Performance & Development: Implement effective performance management systems, providing coaching and development opportunities for employees at all levels.
✅ Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees, ensuring fair treatment, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal and state labor laws.
✅ Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry benchmarks and company objectives.
✅ Payroll & HR Systems: Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness while leveraging HR technology for operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR preferred).
✔ Experience: 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Strong background in HR operations within a fast-paced, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
✔ Expertise: Solid understanding of employment laws, compensation structures, employee relations, and talent development.
✔ Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
✔ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to address HR challenges effectively.
