Detailed Job Description:
- Sound knowledge of IT Ops process, tools and analytics, observability, monitoring & event management processExperience working in IT Operation Automation Solution. Mine / Harvest more use cases for automation, Elimination and optimizeConfigure the Nexthink tool to implement the use cases identified.
- Able to design, implement, deliver, and validate Nexthink experience features (both front end and backed)2. Sound knowledge in PowerShell script3. Sound knowledge in troubleshooting windows Operating system issues4. Knowledge of network protocols like TCP, UDP, ZMQ, and gRPC5. Experience on working on Agile 6. Experience on working on implementation of Nexthink use cases
